Cranberry Egg Nog Bread

Ingredients

3 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cups Garelick Farms Egg Nog
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 tablespoon grated orange peel

Directions

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Combine: egg nog, egg, and melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients. Add nuts & fruit. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 350 F for 60 to 70 minutes.
