Buttermilk Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
2 sq. chocolate
2 sticks butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Garelick Farms buttermilk

Icing:
1 sq. chocolate
1 stick butter
6 tablespoons Garelick Farms milk
1 box powdered sugar
 


Directions

A wonderful moist cake that everyone enjoys with Garelick Farms whipped cream.

Boil water, chocolate squares and butter together. Mix with flour and sugar. Mix together eggs, vanilla and Garelick Farms buttermilk. Add to rest of ingredients and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30 min.

Icing
Heat first three ingredients together. Remove from heat. Blend in powdered sugar until smooth. Put on top of cool cake.
