- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Garelick Farms milk
- 1 ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño pepper
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- In medium bowl whisk together all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
