Ingredients
¼ cup Garelick Farms cottage cheese (4% is best)
¼ cup whipped dessert topping
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener of choice
1 graham cracker
fresh fruit for dipping
How to
Blend cottage cheese, whipped topping, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener in a mini food processor or blender for about one minute until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl halfway through. Taste and adjust sweetener if necessary. Transfer to a small bowl and crumble graham cracker over top. Serve with fresh fruit.
